Alice Corton
sets the mood, with dark beautifully crafted orchestration.
Beware, there is a beast which lurks in the swamps. Rapper DMX stars as a second generation witch doctor, Louis Hertham a spurned widower, in this campy flick, about a curse released upon down south. Tragedy and revenge befall a group of friends on a retreat (sounds familiar??), as they are laid to waste by an ancient curse come to life, countryside. A computer generated Gatorsnake, but a halfway decent scare. Not a very gory film, but you'll cheer for the Carnivorous, as it carries out it's mission. This move also goes by the title of Lockjaw. Check it out this Halloween season.
