The
Hills Have Eyes – Music by tomandandy Lakeshore

There is a second track from The Go called "Summers Gonna Be My Girl" which features real retro production sound. "More and More" by Webb Pierce brings back the country western. Vault's "The Walls" is hard and aggressive. Buddy Stuart whistles in the country tune "In The Valley Of The Sun." Wheels On Fire bring some punish power to "Daisy." The most recognizable track is "California Dreamin" by The Bald Eagles. Track ten begins the real music to buy this soundtrack. The composer team of tomandandy create a vivid sonic landscape of deep, dark bass driven sounds with spaghetti western guitar leading the way. tomandandy match Alexandre Aja's vision of blood staining the desert floor and the devastation the characters endure in this movie. From the bass thumping bottom of "Forbidden Zone" to "It's Over" you are in for a cinematic thrill-ride of tension inducing music. Some of favorite moments from the score are the pounding percussion while a high pitch note strikes in "Daddy Daddy" and then this nasty distortion screeches out. The pounding sound in "Beast Finds Beauty" sounds like a tweaked danger warning going off. The weird sound in the beginning of "Trailer" will jar you out of your seat. Then piston-like machine percussion mixes with danger alarm sound to create pure intensity. All sorts of cool sounds are mixed into "Next morning." All of the electronic and orchestral elements clash to maximum effect at "Breakfast Time." THE HILLS HAVE EYES would be a more than a welcome addition into your CD collection.
