Four songs start this soundtrack before the score cues being. "The list" by Renholder is a techno track with instrumental touches. "Unintended Consequences" by Legion of Doom Featuring Triune is a hodgepodge of a bunch of samples over the top of each other with some rapping. The Circle Jerks provide the punch blur of "Parade of the Horribles. Johannes Kobilke & Robert Williamson have composed a graceful score that places an emphasis on big soaring melody. They definitely know how to capture emotion as you will feel the power generated by many of their cues. I do like the darkness of "Disagreement" which sifts the murky corridors of deep, bass rooted sound. The guys use feedback to cool effect in "Dr. Crawl." There are some wicked sounds in "Killing Daddy" and the throbbing keyboard line propels the track forward. Some of the mellow tracks like "Smokin Kills", "Gwen's Theme" "Bibo No Aozora" gives the score some light amounts the darkness. The deep seated rhythm pattern that runs under "Liebeszauber" reminds me a little of one cool part in tomanady's score for THE MOTHMAN PROPHECIES. "Ted Runs" has a machine like rhythm that fuels the fast moving track. PATHOLOGY covers some new ground as far as the sounds you normally get from a thriller. It's very easy to listen to and like.
