The
Weird Club
- The Search For The Jersey Devil Sterling
Publishing Co., Inc. – 2007 | |
|
I didn’t realize when requesting this book that
it was written for Juvenile/Humor. I
initially expected THE WEIRD CLUB to be a serious look for New Jersey’s
famed Pine Barrens monster, but I was pleasantly entertained nevertheless. The book is written in such a way that anyone
over the age of 8 would enjoy reading about mysterious legendary folklore
and the characters connection within the book. The book reads really fast, especially since the
font and typeface are designed for the younger generation.
There is some pretty cool imagery inside the book
that includes photos and drawings with clever, witty captions that will
bring a smile to your face. Harmless, good clean fun, THE WEIRD CLUB would be
an excellent book to purchase for any youngster who has a fascination of
the dark, mysterious world that possibly
exists out there.
